"Prenatal yoga was so beneficial for my mind, body and soul as I prepared for the birth of my son. I looked forward to every week to not only get a great workout in, but be able to share my week with other moms-to-be! Caroline always took the time to personalize each session to our needs and ensure all of our questions and concerns were answered--she's the best. By the time I hit by 39th week, I felt ready physically and mentally and I owe most of that to the power of yoga!"

"I am as far from a “yoga person” as they come, but Caroline made me feel so welcome and had me loving class from day one! Being pregnant for the first time and doing yoga for the first time was intimidating, but Caroline made sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what worked for me. She is very knowledgeable about poses, stretches, and pain relief, which made being an active preggo very easy. One of the many benefits of her class was the time she would take answering questions and really making sure the class was targeted to our needs. I always left class feeling centered and strong. Now, as a non-preggo, I feel confident in going to class, with or without my baby, knowing I will get in a good workout and have the opportunity share and learn with women who are in the same stage in life as me."

"Yoga during pregnancy was wonderful for my lower back pain as well as helping me calm my mind from the stress of preparing for a new baby. And once my baby was born, mom and baby yoga was so fun to do together! I met other moms, got out of the house, engaged with my baby, and worked on postpartum body issues. Caroline is not only a joy to be around with her witty personality, but she knows her stuff. Any time I would come in with an ache or pain she knew exactly what I needed to do to make it feel better. Caroline is extremely educated in what is doable and appropriate for the prenatal body depending on how far along in the pregnancy. She challenges the body in a healthy way that has this momma feeling accomplished and relaxed by the end of the class. I truly believe Caroline's prenatal yoga class played a big part of my 2 hour labor with my second baby!"
